About Predipet
PrediPet Canine is a proven, robust and affordable tool for diagnosing, monitoring and screening tumor/cancer diseases in dogs (we are also working hard to release tests for cats and horses, estimated late 2024).
It is a basic and simple blood test and we only sample a few drops.
We will answer within 10 days with easily understandable results;
one overview with results in
Green – nothing detected, we recommend a test again in a year
Yellow – increased values, but limited risk. We recommend to further check with your veterinary
Red – high risk, or confirmed ill, further veterinary examination needed
And one detailed and dedicated opinion on your individual results by one of our expert veterinarians, to further support and explain the test results.
Who is PrediPet for?
1) Senior dogs 6 years old or older
2) Breeds with high risk such as Boxers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Golden Retrievers, or Bernese Mountain Dogs (or similar larger breeds)

The team behind PrediPet is a group of world renowned researchers and veterinarians. And the company behind is Alertix Veterinary Diagnostics AB, that was founded in 2017 in cooperation with the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Uppsala. Our headquarter is located in Stockholm, Sweden, but our research and laboratory is still located at SLU in Uppsala.
